Welcome to Numod AI (the “Service”), operated by Creapath LLC (“Creapath,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Numod AI. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, connecting a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, or otherwise using Numod AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Numod AI is a cloud-based CRM and moderation tool for managing Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts. Through OAuth, you can connect your Meta accounts to view and moderate messages, comments, and engagements in one unified dashboard, and automate workflows based on incoming activity.
To use Numod AI, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Unless otherwise approved by us, each user may register only one account.
You grant Numod AI permission to access and manage your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts via Meta’s OAuth API.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Meta accounts you authorize.
You must comply with all Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, and applicable policies when using Numod AI.
Numod AI relies on Meta APIs; we are not responsible for any disruption caused by changes or deprecations in Meta’s services.
We offer multiple subscription tiers with differing feature limits (e.g., number of pages, members, comment volumes). Details are available in-app under Billing section.
All fees are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal (link in-app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may adjust pricing; we will notify you via email and in-app at least 30 days before changes take effect.
If you exceed your plan’s limits, certain features may be restricted until you upgrade or reset usage in the next billing cycle.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numod AI solely to manage your own Meta accounts.

Creapath LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in Numod AI, including software, trademarks, and documentation.
You retain all rights to the content and data you upload or link (e.g., messages, comments).
By using the Service, you grant Creapath a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of Numod AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Numod AI integrates with and relies on third-party providers (e.g., Meta, Stripe, hosting and analytics vendors). We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.
You may terminate by deleting your account in-app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, or behavior harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We will handle your data per our Privacy Policy and retention schedules.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREAPATH’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creapath LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them will be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance.
